Ugh what an amazing movie!! The anxiety and adrenaline I feel when watching sports movies is unmatched. Very surprised it was directed by George Clooney but it was great. 9/10

The overall story is great and enjoyable, but all the other side stories are poorly contrived and executed. They build up to nothing and go nowhere. Also the main character has almost no actual lines? Just constant headhshakes and smoulders?? Joel Edgerton is amazing.

Far exceeded expectations and shows how teamwork and sacrifice can overcome talent and pedigree. Critic scores are low bc they hate anything that boosts American morale and shows success is found through teamwork, sacrifice, humility. Great acting. Ending slightly rushed. 8.1/10
A heartwarming underdog story of the JV rowing crew that ended up winning the Olympic gold medal in Berlin! Joel Edgerton leads a cast of mostly unknowns (to me at least), in a film that’s like Miracle, but on the water. If you like sports movies this is a must watch for you!

Went with my 88 year old uncle and his friend. All of us stayed awake lol and really enjoyed the movie. True story is amazing. Filming was so good with the rowing scenes. Intense in a good way where we were cheering them on!
RJRebecca JennettGreat movie. Would have been better without all the swear words, but it was a great story. I agree it felt a bit rushed, but overall, it was a fantastic story.
