today's mood is wearing ugly sweaters and wire rimmed glasses while holding a rabbit and being repressed by catholicism

pretty sure they died during the crossing
Francesco PicaOct 19, 2019in retrospect, Eamon’s rabbits weren’t essential to the plot, but I’m convinced that the film’s quality would DROP without them

Definitely a fav. Such a good movie and the vibes are amazing. I love all of the developing relationships that come out of this movie and how everyone learns someone new and it in turn helps them become another person. Soundtrack in this movie is top tier. Made me cry💔💔

Very cute and wholesome movie. A Coming-of-age story about a boy growing up in Dublin in the 80s inspired by the music of this era to write his own and start a humble band with schoolmates. The original music featured in the film is excellent and echoes the 80s style.
9.0/10 i found this incredibly charming and a really awesome coming of age story - thought the music was actually super great and i had a really fun time with the irish aspect of the story too - great to watch with friends and family

Such a good movie. This is a great coming of an age story. The characters are interesting. Visual is great! It’s clearly an hommage to the 80s. If you want to feel good, watch this movie!
“It's me da's show band outfit.” “So it's a gay band? Okay.” “Coming from the one who wants to look like the Village People.” “What's gay about the Village People?”
