Max Tarrant lovedScreamboatHonestly had very little hopes for this coming in but I was pleasantly surprised. It’s one of those films where it’s so bad it’s good. David Howard Thornton was great. The kills were on point and very gory and it was honestly hilarious will not get over the locker scene tho!

The acting was bad and the princess spoofs were obnoxious, but this movie does have effort and care put into it. The kills are solid and the jokes are fun. The soundtrack at certain points does a solid job recreating old Disney soundtracks. Wouldn’t rewatch but good enough.
Damien is "meh" onScreamboatIt’s not a good movie. I didn’t expect it to be. But yeah. Not great. I do give props to the countless Disney references. They did great with that. It was almost at a like. The gore was decent. I just needed something more. It’s fine for a one and done if you’re curious.
Jonathan lovedScreamboatGot to check out the fan screening and this film was so much fun! Some unique and fun kills and loved the Disney references. The cast is really great too. Definitely a fun movie to check out once it comes out in April.

The problem is that these types of films feel lazy and could do so much more with their concepts, and while Screamboat tries to combat that with tame references, winks at the audience, and absurd violence, it can’t keep itself afloat.

Screamboat' is not a great movie by any stretch but if Ricky Jay was editing this footage in a scene from 'Boogie Nights,' he’d have to turn to Burt Reynolds and admit: 'It’s a real film.'
