Atom User Reviews for Rebel Without a Cause (1955) presented by TCM
Not what we’re used to seeing today. Loved the story & emotions. Shows you that teens want to be understood & adults need to recognize this!
I saw this film when I was very young and I loved it. Seeing it today I understand the conflicts from the view points of both the teenagers and the adults. The stars were fabulous and are legends for a reason.
Epic golden days of Hollywood! Kids being kids! Jimmy, Natalie and Sal, what can I say?? Still relevant today. Timeless!
Was great seeing my favorite movie on the big screen! Whole family liked it.
I seen this when I was 16 and now again at 78. I understand a lot more of what they were going threw now than I did then.
Awesome movie! James Dean, Sal Mineo & Natalie Wood are fantastic.
AMC theaters are the worst for the Fathom movies. They charge full price for the matinee time.
Wonderful reminder of what life was like in the 1950s
Amazing - really holds up over the years
My first time seeing #Rebel. It was so much more than a few good quotes. The message is just as real and relatable TODAY. A definite #mustsee.
I will see it again in the theater
Rebel Without a Cause has such beautiful color photography that it seems almost impossible to conceive of the fact that they initially started filming it in black and white. Dean is every bit as tormented here as he was in East of Eden, but it’s more of an existential torment this time.
A milestone in the creation of new idea about young people.
