Good story and heart warming. Waka okami san is a best girl. Should watch if you have a chance.
excellent and well-crafted movie
Many happiness that overshadows sadness even in the worst case scenario.
It was lovely.
Having been to a traditional Japanese inn, it's also interesting to see what's happening behind the scenes (various meals served by inn is also pretty accurate). Story wise, It's a movie only Japan can make and it's great.
This movie hit closer to home than I could have expected and made me cry so very much, but it was heartwarming and very inspiring. It looked beautiful and the background ambience fit perfectly. Bittersweet and wholesome film overall!
Definitely made me cry a little bit. This movie is great for animation fans and has a great lesson for everyone.
Beautiful story of a little girl overcoming tragedy and finding happiness.
I had no idea by the end of the movie, I would be bawling my eyes out but it was a great story. I intend on buying this movie now.
Not the best from the company but a solid addition to their collection

Kitarô Kôsaka’s light-hearted and contagiously joyful film contains just enough beautiful imagery, positive messages of acceptance and touching moments to warrant a look.
In a divisive era, Okko’s Inn carries a welcome message of acceptance and inclusion.
Even at its most serious, Okko’s Inn is calibrated for the attention span of a five-year-old; as mature and abstract as the lessons its protagonist learns might be, there’s no use making an uncommonly honest kids movie about death if kids aren’t interested in (or able to) sit through it.
