Atom User Reviews for Jeepers Creepers: Reborn
The whole damn thing looked like it was filmed in a room with green screen. Sad addition to the series.
Horrible. Movie was trash. Looks like it was directed and filmed by highschool kids doing a movie project for Video Club
I have to give credit to the director for taking on this doomed franchise, but this film fell flat. Very flat. The Creeper looked like it came from the sales bin at Spirit Halloween, but the acting was much, much worse. I can’t recommend this film to anyone, even to fans of the first two films (the third film was trash).
Film did not release
The movie had way too much CGI, the story didn't make any sense, the creeper was this poor little guy and he's supposed to be a big strong guy. The acting was straight to DVD quality and honestly I preferred the 3rd movie over this because at least it was trying to get us somewhere. The Creeper didn't even eat the girl he wanted the creeper pretty much always gets everyone he wants. How does he eat like 3 random people and not the girl he was waiting for. Also since when does the creeper need voodoo to keep him alive forever???? the towns people were doing a spell to feed him and keep him alive. like I understand if they give him people he can eat so he doesn't eat their people but the rest didn't make sense.
I was very let down, which I was expecting. Wish they would’ve kept how the creeper looked in the previous movies. Not scary nor gory, but overall it was ok. Not worth watching.
This film left a lot to be desired. Relied way too much on CGI and green screen. The Creeper costume was disappointing, you could tell he couldn’t move his mouth. Story didn’t make sense and was all over the place. Places creeper could have had an epic hunt were not even utilized. Kills were too quick, very few and too predictable. This did not do the original justice at all. It started with an interesting story and then took a weird and unnecessary turn.
Worst film ever seen! Very disappointed
I loved this movie
Hoped for so much more. Anyway, this is one of those movies that goes straight to VHS and gets back shelved and never spoken about. Just awful.
It could of been better it was nothing I was expecting but it was wack for a jeepers keepers reborn
Too many unexplained instances.
Lots of plot holes. What was the whole baby angle and why were her eyes black in the end?
The movie was okay but still enjoyable
Better than Part 3 but that’s about it, I could of just waited for VOD
It was alright. CGI was pretty bad at certain parts, not really scary or gory, ending was confusing.
For sure a skip don’t wasted your time on this piece Dog dokkie
Was not like the first two movies at all was very boring hoped it would get better and it just got worse made no sense at all.
Still crap compared the JC 1 and 2 but significantly better than the 3rd one. Not scary and terrible writing. Biggest issue is the Creeper looks different/ not as scary as the original.
worst in the entire franchise!!
Very disappointed 😞 Creeper didn't look like the original, and for some reason they made him have red vision when you look through his eyes, and apparently has a loud breathing noise. Thank God the movie was only 90 minutes long, it was painful watching the actors try to act!
People expect too much. I was entertained throughout. I saw people saying they walked out, and that's just a lie. It was poorly made, not boring. You guys have seen too many Marvel movies. I would happily welcome a sequel.
This movie made no sense the acting and cgi was horrible and there were so many things that made no sense. Wasted time and money wouldn’t recommend seeing this movie.
I love Jeepers Creepers. Love II even more (Ray Wise, enough said). Hate I wasted money on this one. Everything about it was terrible.
Definitely not as good as the original but still creepy!
It wasn’t like the other jeepers creepers. I was disappointed
Some funny spots but otherwise, the huge wait with this being the final product was a major let down. CGI for 98% of the movie. Am glad Jonathan Beck wasn't the new creeper tho for his sake. Director said in the intro, 100's of extras. May have been a cpl dozen at best (hard to tell when they showed the same ppl over and over again at the HorrorHound spot). I hope the series doesn't die off but if run by the same companies for any future installments, maybe it's better that it does. :(
Ugly
Where do I begin? Bad managed CGI along with a sub-plot that left a lot of unanswered questions. At some point it made me question the guy next to me if I really was at the right screening. Left totally disappointed.
