watching this now is like watching ghosts making a movie about ghosts trapped in a house haunted by ghosts
Alex EngquistJun 30, 2019I honestly forgot this movie had to end. I was prepared to just live with them forever

“france fell but edie didn’t fall.”sometimes you just have to dump an entire bag of wonder bread onto the floor so the raccoon family that has invaded your dilapidated long island mansion doesn’t eat you and your mother in your sleep.
eelyApr 21, 2018All I do is talk about this movie and somehow I don’t talk about it nearly enough. A profound tragedy on the American Delusion, a character study in the pain of doing what you thought was the right thing your whole life only to find every choice was the wrong one.

i love the fashion aesthetic of these women. it’s just fabric haphazardly-tied, constantly in danger of slipping and revealing a tit. iconique.

Aesthetic perspective on the decadent life of two mentally sus women left behind by their peers & by 70’s society. Free on yt (horrible audio + no subtitles: my enjoyment of the movie might be biased by the linguistic barrier). Controversial the ethical role of the documentarist
at first I thought it was funny but as the documentary progressed, I started to feel bad for little Edie. You can see the sadness in her eyes :(
