A must see! The story sends an important message from the past that should never be repeated in the future. I’m glad I stayed until the end to watch the interviews.

I was only 2 yrs old , the first time I went to relocation camp . My 2nd visit was in 2017. it was a strange feeling ,to see what a hard enviroment my parents had during those war years . my mother said in Japanese "si gata nai" ------it can't be helped-----as they said in the the show GAMA--- THANKS AGAIN--- RICHARD SEATTLE BORN 1940

An important part of American history.

This is an incredible film. George Takei and all of the leads are great. Whether or not you know this story, this will move you, powerfully. Wonderful to get to see a Broadway show, even if it's on film.

Everyone should see this, and be reminded of history.

Compelling storytelling, great cast, great voices, valuable (and often uncomfortable) historical insights, solid music with excellent orchestrations. Lyrics move the story along and are often moving, but some of the phrasing, word choice, and forced rhymes can get a bit distracting.

I'd been wanting to see this show, but couldn't make it to New York during its run. The filming technique was good (not always done well when filming a stage production) and of course, Lea Salonga and Telly Leung are stellar talents. The only downside was the sound quality in the theater. It was as though we were just watching it on a large TV, not cinema quality sound.

This is a must see ! My first Broadway Play watching in a local theater. The only sad part is that on 27 people in the theater with me in Kailua-Kona, Hi. This was less that 1 week after Dec. 7th.

A very moving, well done, well performed, enlightening and timely show. I highly recommend seeing it. I learned a lot about our history and this event that I hope can guide each of us as well as our nation to be a better more thoughtful and caring place. A very touching and inspiring storing. Top notch performances by every member of the cast and well composed musical score.
