It wasn't bad. Definitely one of the better Spring teen romance/drama movies I've seen. These types of movies generally don't interest me to begin with, but the premise of this one sounded interesting so I gave it a try.
I felt like everything was rushed. Alright movie
this movie had no meaning
They left out Reverend Pooles character, who is a vital part ood this story, especially if they decide to make the second book into a movie. Other than that, it was very wonderful.
I read the book and there is a lot that I didn’t see in the movie... it could be better!
Cute concept. Good acting.

It’s a dopey premise that this film, from the director of the romantic weeper “The Vow” (based on David Levithan’s novel), hangs on. But if you don’t buy in, you’ll miss out on one of the more intriguing and honest — if idealized — portraits of high school that the movies have served up of late.
What we have here is an honestly simplified film for teen audiences that gently breaks barriers and embraces diversity, LGBTQ sexuality and pure romantic love. It's nothing close to a great film, but neither is it something young audiences see every day.
