Synopsis
Twenty-four hours in the lives of the young employees at Empire Records when they all grow up and become young adults thanks to each other and the manager. They all face the store joining a chain store with strict rules.

One of my favorite movies of all time and had a huge influence on me as a kid. I actually think this movie is one of the reasons I ended up building my career in the music industry.

I just couldn’t get into this. I liked the plot and through lines but it just was all over the place and I know it was supposed to be, but it was like it was trying too hard to be a John Hughes movie but couldn’t get the flow. And why was Emory’s character stunted at age 2?
