As a pastors wife it renews my hope that there are still Christians willing to stand up for Christ no matter what. Chonda always has a great message. Her honesty and transparency are such an inspiration. JAD

I love Chonda and always see her movies. Always funny, always glad I saw them. This one was different than her others but my friend and I loved it! A couple of things she said might be considered judgy to a new or immature Christian but I don't think there is a mean bone in her body.

Took a friend who is "not religious". I am a believer and I was uncomfortable. Thought it would have more stand-up. Seems it was filmed at a WOMENS conf. Chonda told the Men "your not suppose to be here", but I and other men were there in the theater. Felt like I should leave. Did Not know Chonda sang? Not a movie to take a non-believer. My friend was not to happy. I was ashamed I took her to this movie. The movie inspires Christians, moves unbelievers further away. The part about the "OIL" was confusing. sounded like a big joke. You lost me in this movie.
