Synopsis
It’s been almost three decades since the rage virus escaped a biological weapons laboratory, and now, still in a ruthlessly enforced quarantine, some have found ways to exist amidst the i nfected. One such group of survivors lives on a small island connected to the mainland by a single, heavily-defended causeway.

Lee loved28 Years LaterFirst 10min were better than TLOUS02. Best looking of the three so far, and arguably the best acted. But I'll still hold the first as my fave for its impact. I'm excited to see where we go with the next 2 films, but hopefully they keep up the quality during shifting directors.
Paul Loeffler loved28 Years Laterbrilliant. masterful use of sound design. Once again, the restrained yet imaginative cinematography puts you right in the character's shoes.

Fantastic characters, thrilling infected, and sets up this as the first film in a new trilogy. Would recommend.

The Scottish green hills and forests make for an intriguing change of scenery for the series, with nighttime given that added edge of dread that comes with unseen menace and glowing eyes.
